Returns and Replacements
Refund/Replacement is only applicable if requested within 1 day of the receipt of the product and is allowed for below conditions only
- Delayed Delivery of the product
In case the product is not received, the customer can cancel the order and the full amount will be refunded back to the customer within 14 working days. (DOTMOM is not responsible for delay in refund because of the delays made by the bank, calamities or national holidays).
- Wrong Product received
- Damaged Product received
Under condition 2 & 3, we will arrange for the pickup. The Refund/Replacement will only be processed upon receipt & verification of complete product with gift box & accessories. The cost of any missing /damaged items(including the gift box) apart from those notified earlier, will be debited from the advance payment done & balance amount will be refunded. If replacement is demanded, then the cost of any missing item(s) need to be paid in advance prior to the shipment of replacement product
Under no condition refund/replacement will be provided for any defect free product on pretext of look & feel or minor difference in shade/color.
- We will be able to cancel your order only if the shipment has not been dispatched from our end.
